Illegal Alien Accused of Killing Three Was a DACA Recipient
An illegal alien accused of killing three people has been a recipient of the Obama-era Deferred Action for Child Arrivals (DACA) program, immigration officials say.
A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokesperson told the Springfield News-Leader that Luis Rodrigo Perez, 23, a Mexican national accused of killing three people in Missouri after jail officials released him on domestic violence charges in New Jersey, was a recipient of the DACA program in 2012 and 2014.
It is unclear whether he was no longer eligible or did not re-apply for the program in 2016. Illegal aliens who came to the U.S. as children can qualify for DACA, but felony or significant misdemeanor convictions are grounds for disqualification from the program.
ICE spokesperson Shawn Neudauer said before Perez was accused of murder, he was arrested in Middlesex County in December 2017 on suspicion of aggravated assault, assault, and child abuse.
The state and federal law enforcement database showed these charges as “still pending,” according to Neudauer.
A Middlesex County spokesperson confirmed with the News-Leader that Perez has “multiple active warrants” in the database but did not comment any further.
Perez was convicted of violating a judicial order on January 29 and released from jail on February 2, Neudauer said. Read more here
Caravan Migrants Arrive at Southern Border, Scale Fence
Video footage released by various Mexican news agencies show the first group of migrants with a caravan of 7,000 to 10,000 Central Americans have arrived at the United States-Mexico border.
In live video footage by Televisa Tijuana Oficial and FRONTERA, Central American migrants reportedly with the caravan can be seen scaling a border fence that separates Tijuana, Mexico, and San Diego, California. See Video here
Mexican Police Escort 400 from Migrant Caravan to U.S. Border
State and Federal police are providing security for the group as it heads to the U.S. border. The caravan stopped on the outskirts of Ciudad Obregon for a period of no more than 10 minutes to receive food and water. The caravan later stopped at a gas station, where they were met by personnel from Civil Protection and other agencies, according to local media.
Mexican authorities say doctors and specialists will be installed at various points on the road. Medical personnel are reportedly providing care for those who have become ill and also require vaccinations. Read more here

National Guard soldier arrested, charged with smuggling Mexican nationals into US
As migration-related news coverage continues to center around U.S. troops deploying to the U.S.-Mexico border in anticipation of the migrant caravan’s long-awaited arrival, one service member has reportedly gone against the security grain by smuggling Mexican migrants into the United States.
California National Guardsman Pfc. Edward Jair Acosta-Avila was arrested Nov. 10 when his car was stopped near San Diego, California, about two miles north of the U.S.-Mexico border, USA Today reported.
After pulling over Acosta-Avila’s Honda Accord, Customs and Border Protection agents apprehended five individuals, including three undocumented Mexican nationals who were discovered hiding under a blanket in the back seat. Read more here
Caravan Migrants Bring Children to Hack Border and Asylum Rules
The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) has admitted that farmers and manual labors in Central America are hacking U.S. asylum laws by bringing children to trigger the catch-and-release loopholes.
The November 16 article is headlined, “Migrants Adopt Tactic for U.S. Entry: Come as a Family,” and it reports how :
Doris Paz, a 29-year-old mother of three, said that is how her sister-in-law reached San Antonio. It is how a neighbor recently crossed into the U.S. with two children. It is why a cousin grabbed her children and joined a caravan of migrants that left Honduras last month. And it is why Ms. Paz joined the same caravan with her 6-year-old son. “They say that bringing your child is your ticket in,” said Ms. Paz.
The migrants know that current laws and court-imposed settlements force border officials to release asylum-seekers with children in just 20 days. This early release allows the migrants to get blue-collar jobs — and to pay their smuggling debts — until they are caught and sent home. Read more here

Luis Cobos-Cenobio, a 29-year-old illegal alien, has been arrested and charged with attempted capital murder and other charges after dash cam video footage shows the illegal alien being pulled over and then swiftly firing at Arkansas police officers.
Globalists’ Latest Push: Mass Deportation ‘Morally Unacceptable,’ Amnesty is Necessary
The latest push by the globalist apparatus includes amnesty for all 12 to 22 million illegal aliens living across the United States and allowing India and China to monopolize the U.S. legal immigration system.
The Brookings Institute’s William Galston — who has called populism the enemy of democracy — and neoconservative pundit Bill Kristol have released a joint policy brief for their The New Center think tank which advocates giving amnesty to illegal aliens and ending the country-caps in the U.S. legal immigration system. the policy brief states:
It is unacceptable to have over 11 million people living illegally in America. But mass deportation is unacceptable too — both morally and logistically. Unauthorized immigrants living the U.S. should be brought out of the shadows and offered a long and rigorous road toward citizenship that depends on maintaining clean criminal records, paying taxes, and meeting several other requirements.
Aside from ending deportations and providing amnesty to the entire illegal population, the Galston and Kristol agenda also includes allowing countries like India and China to monopolize the U.S. legal immigration system, a plan that would drive down white-collar U.S. wages and further displace Americans in professional jobs.
“Per-country immigration limits should be eliminated to allow for the admission of the best qualified applicants,” the policy brief advocates. Read more here
Mexican Protesters March to Kick Out Caravan Migrants from Tijuana Shelters
Mexican protesters took to the streets on Sunday to protest the growing influx of Central American migrants who have made their way to the border city of Tijuana.
In the most recent protest, groups of Tijuana residents want to evict the migrants from a shelter where approximately 2,000 Central Americans are staying. The Tijuana government set up the shelter as the city witnessed a reported buildup of federal and state police forces while the numbers of migrants continue to climb.
In two videos shared online by U.S. journalist Emily Green, dozens of protesters, some wearing wrestling masks and bandanas, can be seen marching towards the makeshift shelter. See more here
